Budget tracking tool for Betsy

Looks like Betsy Dirksen Londrigan put so much effort into complaining about the president’s budget proposal she forgot her party hasn’t even offered one. 

IL-13 would like to know what Betsy’s budget proposal looks like, so the NRCC created a tool to help her keep track of House Democrats’ proposal.
