Gil Cisneros says the president’s budget is insulting to CA-39 families, but neither he nor House Democrats have released a proposal to counter President Trump’s.
At least President Trump cared enough to release a budget that gives funding to CA-39. What’s really insulting to CA-39 families is that Cisneros didn’t.
