Malinowski playing partisan games with NJ lives

Instead of delivering immediate relief for New Jersey residents suffering from coronavirus’ impact, Tom Malinowski is blocking the life-saving relief package to cram it full of unrelated liberal goodies, including a return of the “Obamaphone.”
