35 million for a DC opera house?!

Max Rose summed up the coronavirus crisis today telling Morning Joe, “every, single day, residents of my district, my own constituents, are dying. More than one every, single day.”
Yet instead of delivering the relief New Yorkers need, Rose and House Democrats are holding up life-saving relief funding to pay for a host of unrelated liberal items including $35 million for a DC opera house, $1 billion for “Obamaphones” and $278 million for the IRS.
Will Rose stand up to Speaker Pelosi or allow New Yorkers to continue suffering?
