high risk rapists are being set free

Yesterday Max Rose claimed in the middle of a pandemic it is still important to call attention to “unsafe and unhealthy conditions.”

So do rapists being set free during the coronavirus pandemic qualify as “unsafe” for Rose?

We only ask because House Democrats are using this crisis to release violent convicted felons from jail.

In New York, convicted Level 3 sex offenders have been set free as part of a statewide mandate.

According to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Level 3 sex offenders are at “high risk of repeat offense and a threat to public safety.”

And yet Rose remains silent. Why?
