Why hasn’t Torres Small endorsed Biden?

Someone ought to check on Xochitl Torres Small and find out why she hasn’t joined the rest of the Democratic Party in endorsing Joe Biden.
 
Could it be that she’s concerned about the credible allegation of sexual assault that Tara Reade has made against Biden? If so, why won’t Torres Small speak out and at the very least demand he release his Senate records?
 
So much for political courage.
