Will Cunningham call for the release of Biden’s records?

During his political campaign, Joe Cunningham recorded a message for all men saying they need to do better in the #MeToo era.

Does this mean Joe Cunningham will do better and call for the release of Joe Biden’s Senate records so Tara Reade’s allegations can be fairly investigated? Or will he stay silent to save his political party’s nominee for president?
