Why does Cunningham not believe Tara Reade?

Last night a new bombshell report from a local newspaper did what the New York Times could not: reveal additional information corroborating Tara Reade’s serious allegations against Joe Biden.
Meanwhile, Joe Cunningham has yet to comment or call for the release of Biden’s Senate records so Reade’s allegations can be fairly investigated.
REMINDER: On the campaign trail Cunningham recorded a message for all men saying they need to do better in the #MeToo era.
