Why is McAdams working from home?

Ben McAdams recently voted along partisan lines to allow Members of Congress to sit on their couch and literally phone in their votes to the US Capitol, all while collecting a taxpayer-funded paycheck.
And today, we are seeing the first wave of House Democrats giving up their vote thanks to proxy voting. 
 
The voters of Utah’s 4^th Congressional District elected Ben McAdams to represent their interests in DC. They didn’t elected Ben to hand off his vote to another Democrat so that Democrat could vote for him.
 
If our frontline workers can’t work from home, why should Ben McAdams?
