WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement regarding the results of the GA-07 primary election:

“Congratulations to Dr. Rich McCormick on his primary win. As a Marine and emergency room physician, Rich knows how to face tough challenges head-on and will fight for Georgia values, not far-left extremism.

“Brenda Romero and Carolyn Bourdeaux will now be forced even further to the left as they pander for support from their socialist base. I look forward to serving with Rich in Congress.”
