NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer Statement on the VA-02 Primary Election

WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement regarding the results of the VA-02 primary election:

“Congratulations to Scott Taylor on his primary victory tonight. Scott is a veteran who is dedicated to serving this country and will always stand for freedom, not socialism. “Elaine Luria is not the moderate she pretends to be and consistently puts the Democrats’ socialist agenda before Virginians. Elaine Luria’s extreme voting record will be on full display and she’ll no longer be able to hide her true self from her constituents. “I look forward to welcoming Scott Taylor back to Congress.”
