Torres Small: No quid pro quo

In new leaked audio, Xochitl Torres Small can be heard telling a constituent, “It was not an explicit quid pro quo,” in regards to Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment plot against the president.

Yet when it came time to vote, Torres Small fell right in line, voting to impeach President Trump on charges that specifically included the Democrats’ imagined quid pro quo.

Since Torres Small refused to comment for the story, a couple questions for her: what made her change her mind, and was there a quid pro quo between her and Nancy Pelosi that conditioned support from the DCCC and Pelosi’s super PAC on voting to impeach Trump?
