Debbie Mucarsel-Powell pushed taxpayer funded loans for small businesses but *somehow* the Wall Street-traded company where her husband works received two loans worth $15 million.
The company was showered in cash through the program Debbie backed. What a coincidence.
The ad will air in English and Spanish.
