Diane Mitsch Bush is lying again

If there’s one consistent in Diane Mitsch Bush’s campaign, it’s that she’s a shameless liar.

Mitsch Bush has been repeating the same lie about her support for Medicare for all for months, saying the bill she supported in 2018 didn’t ban private health insurance (it did – see Section 104). And her new ad claims she doesn’t take corporate PAC money (she does).

Over the course of her political career, Mitsch Bush has taken thousands from corporate PACS, including pharma and insurance PACs. Just a few examples:

• Doctors Company Colorado PAC (medical malpractice insurance for doctors) – contributions on 12/17/13, 10/30/14, and 10/06/16.
• RX Plus Pharmacies – contributions on 10/10/14 and 1/12/16.
• Anthem, Inc. PAC – contribution on 11/05/15.
• COPIC Insurance – contribution on 10/02/14
