As a judge, Patricia Timmons Goodson opposed electronic monitoring of some sex offenders.
She sided with a judge wrote that even sex offenders get to still have some constitutional rights. Patricia also believed this monitoring would add shame to sex offenders.
What about the victims? Patricia Timmons Goodson is shamefully out of touch.
