Henrico mom: I quit work to teach my children

Women are dropping out of the workforce at alarming rates to care for their children.

Recently, the education committee in the Virginia House of Delegates heard from a Henrico mother who had to quit work so that she could stay home and teach her children.

Henrico is a part of Abigail Spanberger’s congressional district, but you won’t hear a word from Abigail, the #1 recipient of teachers’ union cash, about reopening schools.

Abigail would rather stay quiet and continue to accept big bucks from her special interest donors than stand up for working moms in her district.
