Conor Lamb won’t have the courts to blame if Pelosi steals an election
Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are trying to overturn a certified election in Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District after Democrat Rita Hart elected to skip the courts to appeal to a friendly Democrat House majority.
Politico reports that the effort to overturn the state-certified election results has been “blessed by the top echelons of House Democratic leadership. And the DCCC has brought in — and is paying the legal fees for — top Democratic election lawyer Marc Elias.”
Now even vulnerable Democrat Dean Phillips is decrying this scheme.
What about Conor Lamb, who previously relied upon court rulings in his opposition to overturning certified election results?
Does he believe the courts should have ruled on IA-02, or will he let Pelosi and House Democrats steal an election?
