New York’s pro-criminal bail reform measure strikes again
New York’s pro-criminal bail reform measures have struck again, allowing accused synagogue vandal Jordan Burnette back on the streets.
One judge attempted to set bail for Burnette’s 11-day terror spree, but New York’s controversial law deemed him ineligible, despite his hate crime-related offenses.
The case even caused Bill de Blasio to argue that judges should be allowed to set bail for non-violent hate crimes.
Will any other New York Democrats stand up against this pro-criminal law?
Or do Tom Suozzi, Kathleen Rice, Antonio Delgado, Paul Tonko, Joe Morelle, and Brian Higgins stand by DCCC Chair Sean Patrick Maloney’s anti-law enforcement agenda?
