After close 2020 race, Cuellar faces another primary challenge

After a close primary race in 2020, the progressive left is taking aim at Henry Cuellar again.
If Cuellar was hoping Joe Biden and the Democrat Party would help him fend off a 2022 primary challenge with all the fundraising and support he gave them in the presidential race, looks like he was…wrong.
And, Cuellar recently told Politico he’s already worried Democrats’ messaging could cost him his seat in 2022.
Maybe Cuellar will just throw in the towel and retire like his neighbor, Filemon Vela, and the other Democrats who know they’re doomed.
