Slotkin silent on Omar

Last week a group of twelve Democrats put out a joint statement condemning Ilhan Omar for equating the United States and Israel with the Taliban and Hamas terrorists. 

Elissa Slotkin attended a meeting with the lawmakers who put out the statement condemning Omar’s disgusting rhetoric, but decided not to sign on. 

Why has Slotkin been silent on one of her fellow Democrats equating our democracy with terrorist organizations?
