Does Cuellar feel betrayed?

Henry Cuellar has made no secret of the fact that Kamala Harris and the Biden Administration are ignoring him. They didn’t let him know about today’s border visit or even invite him. 

Does Cuellar feel betrayed after all he did to get Joe Biden and Kamala Harris elected? 

After all, it’s not just Cuellar who’s getting ignored. His border district is getting snubbed too.
