Matt Cartwright votes for taxpayer-funded abortions

House Democrats want to make hardworking Pennsylvania taxpayers pay to abort babies.

Today, Matt Cartwright voted to eliminate the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits government-funded abortions, and legalizes taxpayer-funded abortions. 

Despicable.
