Josh Harder votes for taxpayer-funded abortions

House Democrats like Josh Harder want taxpayers to foot the bill for abortions.

Harder voted for a $600 billion partisan spending bill which eliminates the Hyde Amendment, a measure that prohibits taxpayer-funded abortion.
