Tom O’Halleran votes for taxpayer-funded abortions

House Democrats like Tom O’Halleran want taxpayers to foot the bill for abortions.

O’Halleran voted for a $600 billion partisan spending bill which eliminates the Hyde Amendment, a measure that prohibits taxpayer-funded abortion.
