TRAIN WRECK INTERVIEW: Did Rudy Salas break FEC rules?

Democrats’ “star recruit,” Rudy Salas, appeared yesterday on Sunday Morning Matters and was asked FOUR separate times if he violated FEC rules and reused his campaigns signs from his state assembly race.  

He refused to answer the question, instead blaming “Republican insiders” for focusing on the issue.

Why is it so hard for Rudy to give a straight answer?
