NRCC Obliterates Fundraising Records, Raises $140M in 2021

The NRCC today announced raising $140 million in 2021, obliterating the committee’s previous off-year record.    

NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer said, “Voters are ready to put an end to Democrat policies that have led to skyrocketing crime, rising prices, and open borders. This record-breaking haul would not have been possible without Leader Kevin McCarthy, Whip Steve Scalise, Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, our Republican conference, the Republican National Committee, and the hundreds of thousands of generous donors who are ready to fire Nancy Pelosi once and for all.”    

Inside the NRCC Numbers:  

– Raised $140M in 2021, a 65% increase from 2019
– $78.2M cash on hand, a 146% increase from 2019
– Raised $17.9M in December 2021, more than double the amount raised in December 2019 ($8.1M)
– This is the NRCC’s best off-year fundraising total ever
– Last cycle the NRCC did not raise $140M until May of the on-year

Leader Kevin McCarthy has transferred $25.3 million to NRCC efforts. Whip Steve Scalise has transferred $12.4 million to the NRCC. Conference Chair Elise Stefanik has transferred $1.4 million to the NRCC. The RNC has transferred $10 million to the NRCC.
