ANOTHER Dem recruitment fail in PA-10

Just days after Eugene DePasquale announced he would not seek a rematch against Scott Perry in PA-10, 2018 Democrat nominee George Scott announced he will not run either.
Now, Democrat Party officials in Pennsylvania are “scrambling to recruit a big-name candidate” in the DCCC-targeted seat.
