The Nevada Independent: Titus voted for 1997 law impeding gas tax holiday

Congresswoman Dina Titus is the cosponsor of a bill that would provide a federal gas tax holiday. 

There’s just one problem…

In 1997, she voted for legislation that would neutralize whatever tax cut Nevadans would see from the federal bill. 

That means Nevadans will actually see their gas prices go up, not down!
