Dems’ midterm strategy: Use Trump as villain

Democrats are signaling they plan to use President Trump as their villain to boost midterm turnout. 

Politico reports: “But some Democrats still acknowledge that perhaps the best way to gin up their base is a time-honored trick that Trump himself has mastered: fear.”

But how does Tom O’Halleran, who is trying to win reelection in a congressional district Donald Trump won, feel about this strategy?
