National Journal: TX-15 likely to flip

National Journal has ranked TX-15 as one of the most competitive races in the country. 

National Journal writes, “The new district has moved further to the right, and whoever wins the Democratic primary runoff on May 24 will face an uphill battle against De La Cruz, who consolidated national support early on in her campaign.”
