Crystal Ball moves CA-45 to “Lean Republican”

National prognosticators are feeling good about Michelle Steel’s reelection prospects. 

Sabato’s Crystal Ball is moving CA-45 from “Toss Up” to “Lean Republican,” citing the terrible environment for Democrats and Steel’s fundraising haul.
