NEW: Kaptur backs Biden for 2024

Fox News reports “House Democrats representing districts that voted for former President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election are staying quiet over whether they would welcome support from President Joe Biden in their re-election campaigns.”  

The only Democrat not staying quiet: Marcy Kaptur, who says she’ll support Biden in 2024.
