Max Rose is losing and he knows it

Anti-cop Max Rose knows he’s losing.

Rose made the political calculus that he should call for New York’s controversial bail law to be fixed despite being one of its biggest supporters.

Could it be because he’s trailing Nicole Malliotakis by 15 points? Or maybe because crime tops the list of concerns for New York voters and they know Rose is on the wrong side of law and order?
