Cuellar refuses to answer if he’ll support new tax hikes

The Joint Committee on Taxation found Democrats’ latest reckless spending spree would raise taxes by $16.7 billion on American taxpayers making less than $200,000.

But Democrat Henry Cuellar refused to answer if he’ll support hiking taxes on middle-class Texans during a recession.
