Andrea Salinas-backed homeless epidemic terrorizes Portland residents

Portland residents are selling their homes due to the homeless epidemic that has ravaged the city, as “homeless drug addicts” set up camp right outside Oregon families’ front doors.

Last year, Democrat Andrea Salinas voted to allow homeless people to camp on public property and voted to increase restrictions on local governments’ ability to remove homeless encampments.
