High prices here to stay for Connecticut residents

CNBC reports “Inflation rose more than expected in August… Economists had been expecting headline inflation to fall 0.1% and core to increase 0.3%, according to Dow Jones estimates.”
The price of food is expected to increase by 11% this year and electricity prices continue to soar.
The so-called ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ that Joe Courtney and Jahana Hayes supported is not working.
