Rent payments going up, thanks to Salinas

Housing prices are skyrocketing in Oregon, where some residents are going to see rents raised by as much as 14.6% this year.

Who’s to blame?

Andrea Salinas, who backed a rent control policy that experts warned would push rents higher in the long run.
