This announcement comes as Republicans on the House Oversight Committee today hold a hearing on Washington, DC’s public safety crisis.

“Crime is surging in these vulnerable Democrats’ backyards and they are signaling they don’t care,” NRCC Chairman Richard Hudson said. “A slap on the wrist for violent criminals is too extreme even for President Biden, but not extreme enough for these Democrats.”

Districts targeted in the billboard campaign include: Abigail Spanberger (VA-07), Gabe Vasquez (NM-02), & Susan Wild (PA-07). This national billboard campaign comes on the heels of the NRCC’s paid digital advertising campaign targeting 15 House Democrats for their vote supporting reduced penalties for violent crime.
