Tony Vargas doesn’t take his own advice

In a recent episode of Riverside Chats, Tony Vargas said, “As a community member, I want people to see more examples of what it looks like to show up.”

But you know who doesn’t show up for his community? Tony Vargas.

During his time in the Nebraska Unicameral, Vargas missed voting or voted present 20% of the time, and in 2023 it is up to 23%.
