Who’s done more for Toledo: Marcy Kaptur or the Jeep Wrangler?

Marcy Kaptur doesn’t hide the fact that she is the longest-serving woman in Congressional history and will often brag about the effectiveness of her “seniority.” But what has she done for her constituents in Northwest Ohio?

According to Fox News, not a whole lot. In fact, Kaptur only passed five bills during her multi-decade Congressional career and has not brought federal funds to her district at the same level as other Ohio districts, even though she is an appropriator.
