Joe Biden is visiting Pennsylvania today to kick off his campaign after last night’s divisive and disappointing State of the Union Address.

One thing is clear: Pennsylvanians are struggling with his failed policies supported by extreme Pennsylvania Democrats Susan Wild, Matt Cartwright and Chris Deluzio.
