NRCC Statement on IA-02

Out of touch Democrat Clint Twedt-Ball just jumped in to the Democrat primary to challenge Rep. Ashley Hinson in IA-02.

Already this year, the DCCC’s top recruit dropped out of the race because he knew beating Rep. Hinson was impossible.  Just last year, Donald Trump won IA-02 by 10% and Ashley Hinson won by a whopping 15%. Now they’re stuck in a race to the left Democrat primary between out of touch Kathy Dolter and Clint Twedt-Ball with more candidates looking to run.
