Bob Harvie called out for corruption, lack of transparency

A scathing op-ed calls out Bob Harvie, the subject of an FBI investigation, for his corruption and lack of transparency as Chair of the Bucks County Commissioners.

The op-ed highlights a local mother who was denied access by Harvie to records related to COVID-19 school guidance.

Harvie’s been taken to court over his secrecy and lost multiple times (on the taxpayers’ dime). The court just ruled against Harvie (again), and the op-ed explains the judge’s “ruling decisively affirmed that the county withheld documents in bad faith, violating the spirit of Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law.”
