New rankings show out of touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur is the 6th most vulnerable member in the House of Representatives.

This new report highlighting the vulnerability of Marcy Kaptur follows her vote to raise taxes and kill jobs in Ohio as well as Kaptur openly admitting that she has “failed and failed and failed and failed” the people of Ohio.
