Out of touch Democrat Josh Riley voted against a once-in-a-generation investment to save rural healthcare. Rural hospitals are collapsing under the weight of decades of failed policy and the One Big Beautiful Bill finally puts rural America first by delivering $50 billion in new funding for rural hospitals through the Rural Health Transformation Program. 

But radical Josh Riley voted against:

• Keeping rural hospitals open.
• Improving health outcomes for families in underserved areas.
