Thanks to Democrats’ and Frank Mrvan’s radical open-border policies, an illegal immigrant was able to enter the U.S. and has been charged with committing multiple violent crimes – including raping and stalking a child – free of charge.   

This dangerous criminal was finally arrested, no thanks to Frank Mrvan. Remember:
