Flag on the Play: Trone Garriott’s Cringey Tweet

While Iowans were tailgating and watching the CyHawk game, out of touch Sarah Trone Garriott was busy fumbling her message on Twitter with a half-hearted “go sports! Everyone have fun today!” line.

Earlier this year, Democrats announced they were spending $20 million to understand young American men. If this cringey message was the play they drew up, it’s safe to say the strategy is already losing them yards.
