Prosecutors revealed the latest Democrat election disgrace: a Costa Mesa woman registered her dog to vote and even cast ballots twice.

And while this latest election scandal makes national headlines, out of touch Democrat Raul Ruiz has stayed completely silent because instead of securing elections, Ruiz voted to let illegal immigrants decide our elections.
