DERANGED DARREN: Soto sold out Florida for political points.

Last week, out of touch Democrat Darren Soto voted to shut down the government and sell out Floridians.

His reckless vote could put Floridians directly in harm’s way:

• Threatening families’ safety due to law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers may be forced to work without pay.
• Blocking 35,321 veterans from accessing critical programs, including employment assistance.
• Forcing  11,271 federal workers in FL-09 to work without pay.
• Jeopardizing millions in loan financing for the state’s 3.5 million small businesses.
• Limiting access to financial assistance, including disaster relief, for FL-09’s 861 farmers.
• Endangering funding for the Head Start program that serves 27,754 children in Florida. 

Bottom line: Darren Soto put a partisan stunt ahead of the livelihoods of everyday Floridians.
