Raul Ruiz votes for crisis, then points fingers like a coward

In a staggering act of political cowardice, Democrat Raul Ruiz voted to push America closer to a government shutdown despite grandstanding about government shutdowns.

In the most pathetic way, Ruiz chose theatrics over results and now wants to point fingers while families, veterans, and federal workers pay the price.
